This challenge is an invitation to explore the dance of balance. Balance is not a static state; it is a dance around the center. In this busy world, it is easy to lose track of what we recognize as important. For 6 weeks, we will focus on four of the most important pillars of health:

  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Relaxation

The goal is not necessarily weight loss but developing a healthier way of life. We will provide various tools to help you keep track of your goals and provide a community of support as we explore the dance of balance together.
